| In the competition "Wines of Alta Estremadura", hosted by Produces of the region Leiria, held on 27th March 1999, Quinta Sapeira won no less than five prizes: - First Prize for white wine.(Harvest 1998) - Second Prize for white wine.(Harvest 1997) - Second Prize for red wine.(Harvest 1996) - Third Prize for red wine.(Harvest 1997) - Third Prize for red wine.(Harvest 1998)

In the second running of the competition "The Best Wines of Estremadura - 1997" held on 5 May 1998, Quinta da Sapeira received a "Honorary Mention" for the red wine VQPRD Encostas D`Aire, Harvest 1997. - DOC HB Red wine Reserve 2008 Silver Medal Wine Masters Challenge 2010; Prestige Prize in the National Competition of bottled Wines 2010 (CNVE); Silver Medal in "Concurso de Vinhos de Lisboa 2010"
